The commissioning of the world greatest gas and steam turbine power plant showed unacceptable vibration due to resonances at a HD bypass pipe. VICODA has deeply analysed the vibration and developed tailor made viscoelastic dampers. The successful installation of these dampers has led to an effective mitigation of the vibration.
